I'll be getting married April 11, 2009. Several people have asked me if I'm going to be doing my own wedding cake. After much deliberation, the answer is no. Transportation being the biggest obstacle. So wish me luck finding someone in Gatlinburg to live up to my expectations!
I am going with the guy that the Chapel at the Park uses. His work looks great, but I've never tasted it. She assured me it was baked fresh & he used buttercream icing, so we'll see.
